These terms govern website use, project inquiries, public site content, and how paid client work is separately scoped.

These are website terms, not a full client Master Services Agreement. Paid work should still use a signed proposal, statement of work, or services agreement.
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lumin Marketing Group LTD. website, including pages, forms, resources, downloads, and other public website content.
By using the website or submitting a project inquiry, you agree to these website terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other terms shown at the point of collection. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information through it.
2. Website terms are not a client agreement
These website terms do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, master services agreement, invoice, or other written agreement for paid client services.
Paid client work begins only when Lumin accepts the project and the parties agree to the applicable scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables, timelines, ownership terms, and responsibilities in writing.
3. Project inquiries and consent
When you submit a booking form or project inquiry, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that Lumin may use it to respond, recommend a scope, prepare a proposal, and communicate about the services you asked about.
Submitting a project inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated marketing messages. Optional marketing consent, where offered, must be selected separately and may be withdrawn later.
4. Permitted website use
You may use the website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale, submit false or misleading information, upload malicious code, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.
5. Intellectual property in website content
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, copy, visuals, graphics, layouts, brand elements, downloadable resources, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Lumin Marketing Group LTD.
You may not copy, modify, sell, republish, distribute, or commercially use website content without Lumin's written permission, except where allowed by law or where Lumin provides a resource specifically for download and personal business review.
6. Client materials and submissions
If you submit business information, project details, photos, links, brand files, or other materials to Lumin, you confirm that you have the right to provide those materials and that Lumin may review and use them for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or providing services you request.
Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party material unless it is necessary and you have authority to share it.
7. Pricing and taxes
Website pricing is a starting point unless otherwise stated. Final pricing depends on project scope, production requirements, timelines, third-party costs, revision needs, and written project terms.
Unless expressly stated as tax-inclusive, prices are shown in Canadian dollars and are exclusive of applicable GST/HST or other taxes imposed by law.
8. No warranties for the website
The website is provided for general information on an as-is and as-available basis. Lumin does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, current, complete, secure, or free from harmful components.
9. Third-party links and platforms
The website may link to third-party websites, social platforms, tools, or resources. Lumin does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security, availability, policies, or terms.
10. No guaranteed outcomes
Marketing, content, website, SEO, advertising, social media, and brand presence outcomes depend on many factors outside Lumin's control. Website content does not guarantee rankings, leads, bookings, revenue, sales, engagement, or platform performance.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lumin Marketing Group LTD. is not liable for losses or damages arising from website use, reliance on website information, website interruption, third-party links, third-party platform decisions, or results that differ from expectations.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
12. Privacy
Lumin's collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By submitting information through the website, you consent to Lumin handling that information as described there and at the point of collection.
13. Governing law
These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting any rights that cannot legally be excluded in another applicable jurisdiction.
14. Updates
Lumin may update these Terms from time to time as the website, services, tools, laws, or business operations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
