LUMIN MARKETING GROUP LTD.

Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 September 2026

These website terms describe use of the Lumin Marketing Group LTD. website and its website tools. “You” means the person using the website. They are separate from any signed agreement for paid services.

1. Scope

These terms govern use of this website and its tools. They are separate from a signed service contract or an approval to begin work. Exploring the site, chatting with Lumi or submitting a contact message does not purchase a service, reserve capacity or create an obligation for LMG to deliver a project.

2. Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not attempt to access another person’s records, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service or use the tools to deceive or harm others. We may restrict misuse or suspend website tools for maintenance or security.

3. AI-assisted features

AI replies and generated drafts may be wrong or incomplete and require human review. You remain responsible for decisions made using them. The chatbot cannot approve prices, enter contracts, commit LMG to a project or guarantee an outcome. A platform shown on the site may represent a proposed capability rather than an active connection.

4. Information you submit

Lumi is an AI assistant. Sending a message shares the message and relevant conversation context with OpenAI to generate a reply. Conversation history is stored in Lumin’s Cloudflare D1 database and linked to this browser using a secure session cookie. Do not submit passwords, payment details, private customer records or other sensitive information. When Slack notifications are connected, as indicated in the chat notice, new questions and replies submitted with that notice are forwarded to Lumin’s private Slack leads channel, with obvious contact details and credentials removed. Delivery is retried after temporary failures. Replies in Slack are internal and are not sent to visitors. Question patterns and potentially unanswered topics are recorded for human review; visitor claims do not automatically become approved knowledge. Lumi uses OpenAI GPT-Live for optional live voice conversations. Start conversation requests microphone permission only when selected, and streams audio directly to OpenAI to generate speech. Lumi can listen and speak at the same time. Lumin does not store raw microphone audio; transcript fragments and conversation summaries are saved in Cloudflare and questions and replies follow the disclosed Slack notification and knowledge review flow. Ending the conversation, closing Lumi or leaving the page stops microphone use. Sessions have time and daily usage limits. Opening Lumi alone does not start recording or audio. Lumi may ask for a name, business and email for follow-up; these details are included in chat processing if spoken or typed there. Send my details opens a contact card for the visitor to check and explicitly agree before submission to the team. Browser support and playback permission vary; text chat remains available. The Let’s talk contact form separately collects your name, email address, selected interest and message with your consent, saves them in Cloudflare D1 and sends those details to the private Slack channel so our team can reply by email. Contact form messages are not sent to OpenAI. A queued receipt means your message is saved and awaiting delivery; a sent receipt confirms delivery to Slack, not that a person has read it. Contact info@luminmarketinggroup.com for human assistance or a request about your data. Clearing browser cookies does not delete the server record. Automatic deletion of chat and contact records is not configured in this release.

You retain your rights in material you submit. Submission does not transfer ownership to LMG. These terms do not replace a privacy notice or the consent required for a particular use of personal information.

5. Paid services and third-party costs

Deliverables, fees, taxes, payment terms, timelines, revisions, intellectual-property rights, support and cancellation arrangements for paid work must be set out in a separate written agreement. Advertising spend, software subscriptions and third-party usage charges are agreed separately. Nothing on this website authorizes spending on your behalf.

6. Website content and third-party services

LMG and the relevant rights holders retain their rights in website content, branding and materials. You may view and share links for legitimate review; additional use requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Third-party marks and services are subject to their owners’ rights and terms. We do not control external sites, platform availability or changes to third-party products.

7. Availability, limitations and legal rights

We aim to provide useful information, but do not guarantee that this website will be continuously available, complete or free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of fitness for a particular business outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability or excludes consumer rights, statutory warranties or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. A signed service agreement governs the work it covers.

8. Updates and applicable law

We may revise these terms as the service develops, with the revision date shown on this page. Changes to an agreed paid project require the process stated in its contract. These website terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Alberta and applicable Canadian federal laws, subject to any mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply to you.
